Refund policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Just send your package back to the return address on the box and include the order # inside the box.  We do not provide return labels.  Once I receive it back I will refund your account for the items, there is a 10%  restock fee per item and shipping is non-refundable because shipping can not be recovered from USPS. If your order included Free Shipping then our actual cost to ship the order will be deducted from your refund. I do not offer refunds or returns on any SALE items. All sales are final on sale items.

My Package Is Late And Say's It's Still In Transit, But It's Taking Longer Than Usual According To The USPS Tracking. I want A Refund, Because It's Late. What Do I Do?  The post office does not consider a package lost until it has been 30 days, unfortunately a claim can not be filed prior to this number of days. Refunds can not be given until this 30 day mark has passed. Please keep in mind that during Holiday times the shipping will slow down with the post office and delivery times are going to be slower and could take a few weeks for your package to get to you. If your package gets to you to too late and you decide you no longer have a need for it then please return the package and write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package and put it back in the mail. Once I get the package back then your account will be refunded minus the non-refundable shipping and a there is a 10% restock fee for each item. If you ordered Priority shipping then please contact me right away at support@glitterlambs.com and I will address the issue. If you ordered with the first class slower shipping method then after 30 days of not receiving your order I can open a claim for your package for you to be refunded. I do apologize for any lost packages and unfortunately things like this can happen from time to time with USPS.  Most of all our packages that we ship out are extremely fast and generally the customer has it within a few days.

Can I Track My Package? Yes, you can. For US orders we ship through USPS. When you place an order with us you will receive an email with a tracking number located within the email to track your package. 


I Put The Wrong Address In And The Package Was Delivered Somewhere Else. What Do I Do Now? Unfortunately, you will have to reorder and update your address within your profile. We are not able to offer a refund on address corrections.


I Mistyped My Address And Now My Package Is Being Sent Back To You. What Do I Do? Once we receive your package back to us then you will have to pay for the shipping in order for your order to be sent back out again. We will send you a Paypal invoice for you to pay the shipping.


I Changed My Mind About My Order. I No Longer Want The Package And Would Like A Refund On My Order. The package must be in it's original packaging and unopened in order to send it back. Shipping is non-refundable and there will be a 10% restock fee. Write the words "RETURN TO SENDER" and put it back in the mail if the package has not been opened up at all. If the package was opened then you will need to pay to ship it back. I do not provide return labels. Once I get your package back your account will be refunded minus the non refundable shipping that can not be recovered from USPS and there will be a 10% restock fee for each item. Sale items are not eligible for refunds.

My Package Say's Delivered But I Didn't Get It. What Do I Do? Email me at support@glitterlambs.com and I will open a case with USPS to investigate the issue with your package. I will need a phone number from you so they can reach you about this. It generally takes several days before the post office will be in contact with you.


Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

 **Be sure to look at the sizing of the items that you bought before checking out. Most items will come in a 5 gram bag, 12 gram bag or a 15mL jar. Please read the listing description on sizing before checking out. Refunds will require a 10% restock fee on each item and the shipping is non-refundable. I do not provide return labels. You will have to pay to ship your order back if you decide that you want a refund.**
